I played my singles match against Eric Packard (who flew-in from Phoenix to play) and won BOTH 9's - it was the first time I'd ever played in that kind of format - it was a bit nerve-wracking at times!
The "OLD MEN" Team defeated the "YOUNGSTERS" at this year's BIG Tour - and I was not only proud to be a contributing part of it - I was also very appreciative for getting the INVITE from Norm Stulz to participate!
It was also FUN catching up with Frank Stevens - I hadn't seen him in several years!
My thanks also go out to Tim Packard - whose cabin I stayed in for three nights - thanks a bunch for the "Up-North Hospitality," Tim!
PS To the Phantom "Salad-dressing Demon?" Not cool. Ya just gotta know WHEN to say "when" and "call it a night." Not a big deal - but, an inconvenience; just the same!
