Well, the day FINALLY arrived - and the fundraiser for Christ's Commisary in Elkhart was a BIG success! Sheila Raeder decided to put this together a couple of months ago - and I found out that when she puts her mind to something - it's FULL-SPEED-AHEAD! At last count, I had heard that nearly $3,000 was raised - pretty good for a first-effort, I'd say! That food pantry feeds an average of 500 families PER MONTH! A good time - for a GREAT cause!
